This whole home remodel and room addition gave a family of five more room to live while reshaping the first floor around the way they use the home every day. The added square footage was paired with a broader reworking of the main living areas, creating better flow from one space to the next. The finished home feels more open, functional, and naturally connected to the outdoor spaces.

The finished home looks seamless, but getting there meant coordinating the addition with the existing house while resolving structural, interior, and exterior work at the same time. The project included:
